pear, apricot, & . dry on the palate with med+ acidity tannin & a feel in the mouth. high alcohol & med- body with a pronounced flavour intensity. It has flavours of honeysuckle
lemon, flint, wet stones  & a long finish. The wine is youthful and the quality is very good. Recommendation for aging is drink now, possibly will age.

black/white pepper – cedar & . dry on the palate with high acidity high tannin & a coarse feel in the mouth. high alcohol & full body with a pronounced flavour intensity. It has flavours of bramble blueberry, leather black/white pepper – cedar, smoke – & a long finish. The wine is developing and the quality is very good. Recommendation for aging is drink now, possibly will age.
