Rating: 4.5/5
This yellow wine from Trevibban Mill, with medium colour intensity, shows a fully developed character. On the nose, subtle elderflower aromas emerge. With initial flavours of peach and apricot, the palate unfolds a fine-grained texture and a dry finish, showcasing medium body, acidity and tannin levels, alongside a medium alcohol feel and intensity. Although complex, balance is achieved; drink now but this will age, with no discernible flaws, making it highly rated at 4.5/5.
